{Abstract}: <B>CONCLUSIONS: </B>All heavy metals, except Hg, were well accumulated in liver compared with muscle and gonads. Estimated daily intakes of heavy metals were within 2% of the provisional maximum tolerable daily intakes, Hazard quotients of heavy metals were less than 1.0. Appropriate intake control of G. chalcogrammus is necessary to protect human health in the future.
