The paper presents the frequency distribution of allele and statistical genetic parameters of forensic relevance for 15 autosomal STR loci found in the AmpFℓSTR® Identifiler® PCR Amplification Kit among a population sample constituted by 1854 non-related Lisu minority individuals residing in the southwestern region of China. The genetic relationships between Lisu population and 14 related populations were assessed.
