She presented to us 2 years later with type I proximal endoleak, enlarging KD and descending thoracic aorta dissection, suffered from left ventricular dysfunction and prosthetic aortic valve stenosis. Definitive treatment included dismantlement of previous repairs and anatomical reconstruction.
