To date, there is no report on the subsequent development of AITL in patients with DLBCL. Here we presented a rare case of AITL developing six months after the initial diagnosis of DLBCL. In order to investigate the clinical and molecular features of patients with AITL and DLBCL, we also reviewed the literature on AITL patients developing DLBCL, and patients with composite AITL and DLBCL.
