{Abstract}: A right management of the tumor lysis syndrome is essential for the ongoing improvement in survival and treatment of patients with hematological malignancies. This guide establishes clinical and laboratory criteria for confirming diagnosis, states initial laboratory tests, enumerates risk factors-based stratification criteria, and develops guidelines for prevention and treatment of the syndrome and its complications.
