%X This paper provides a brief overview of current information and recommendations for surgical treatment of breast cancer in pregnancy, including three currently controversial areas - indications for breast-conserving surgery in the 1st trimester of pregnancy, indications for sentinel lymph node biopsy and its technique, and fetal monitoring during surgery.
