On admission, he had a coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection and syncope during bed rest. Electrocardiography revealed polymorphic ventricular tachycardia after ST-segment elevation with a normal QT interval. Coronary angiography revealed coronary vasospasm. Coronary vasospasm may be a cause of polymorphic ventricular tachycardia in COVID-19 patients.
