%X We identified and characterized seven anellovirus genome sequences in the female genital tract through virome metagenomic sequencing of cervicovaginal lavage specimens from women living with HIV in Peru. Phylogenetic and genomic analyses indicate that they belong to three newly proposed Lamedtorquevirus, Memtorquevirus, and Samektorquevirus genera in the Anelloviridae family.
