%X Tuberculous paradoxical reaction presents as clinical deterioration during appropriate tuberculosis therapy and is a separate entity from treatment failure and drug resistance. We describe a case of central nervous system paradoxical reaction following tuberculous meningoencephalitis treatment in an immunocompromised patient with systemic lupus erythematosus.
