%X Potassium-wasting syndromes, including Gitelman or Bartter syndrome, require close medical and biochemical review during pregnancy to reduce potentially severe complications, morbidity and mortality. We report a case of severe potassium-wasting syndrome managed successfully in pregnancy with extremely high oral potassium intake.
