Like classical sarcoidosis, it can affect numerous organ systems, and there is a wide range of disease activity. Few cases of necrotizing sarcoid granulomatosis have been reported in the liver. We present a case of necrotizing sarcoid granulomatosis associated with noncirrhotic portal hypertension.
