An association with immunotherapy and COVID-19 vaccination has been reported as potential triggers. A case of a patient in her 70s developing SCLS after the BNT162b2 (Pfizer-BioNTech) COVID-19 vaccination with a history of metastatic melanoma treated with nivolumab (PD-1 monoclonal antibody) and ipilimumab (anti-CTLA4 monoclonal antibody) is reported. The aetiology and management of SCLS are also reviewed in this case context.
