It is classified into solitary and multicentric forms. In this case report, we present the case of a 46-year-old female patient in whom an incidental mesenteric mass was discovered during the workup for a ventral hernia. The mass was completely excised, and the histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of mixed-type Castleman disease. Surgery is the treatment of choice for localized forms of this condition, and histological examination is crucial in confirming the diagnosis.
