%X We present two cases of metastatic colorectal cancer where a liver injury developed while receiving capecitabine. In both cases, the patients were switched from oral capecitabine to a continuous intravenous 5-fluorouracil infusion and were able to continue treatment without a relapse of hepatotoxicity.
