%X This case report describes a male in his late 40s with a 4 cm pelvic mass compressing the left distal ureter, resulting in left hydroureteronephrosis. Biopsy of the mass was suggestive of a solitary fibrous tumour. The patient underwent a robotic-assisted laparoscopic excision of the left pelvic mass. Intraoperatively, the mass was found to be densely adhered to the ureter, necessitating a left distal ureterectomy and ureteric reimplantation. Subsequent histopathological analysis revealed the mass was a solitary fibrous tumour with no evidence of malignancy.
