This Open Forum argues that marginalization and disparities in early psychosis research and clinical care are interrelated, and the authors provide suggestions for paths forward. Commitment to equity and justice demands recentering the perspectives of those most affected by early psychosis services and investing in the integration of historically excluded perspectives across all aspects of practice, policy, and research.
