%X Right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) obstruction is a rare complication of ventricular hypertrophy in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). This study presents an unusual case of a patient with HCM with severe RVOT obstruction that was relieved successfully through the use of mavacamten.
