%X Medication iatrogenia is a real public health problem. Elderly people are particularly at risk, due to their multiple pathologies, including heart failure; residents of residential care facilities for the dependent elderly (Ehpad) are no exception. Studies show that this risk is avoidable in 60% of cases, and that advanced practice nurses (APNs) can play a pivotal role in preventive measures. How would the role of the APN be perceived by other healthcare professionals working with these heart failure patients institutionalized in Ehpad?
