%X Pericardial angiosarcoma is an extremely rare malignant tumor originating from the endothelial cells of blood vessels within the pericardium. We present a case of a 49-year-old male who presented with symptoms of pericardial effusion and was subsequently diagnosed with pericardial angiosarcoma. This case report highlights the diagnostic challenges and management options associated with this rare entity.
