%X <B>CONCLUSIONS: </B>Unilateral or destructive sinonasal disease should raise suspicion for tumor. Patients receiving biologic therapy for CRSwNP should be carefully selected. Tissue diagnosis should be considered prior to starting biologics for nasal polyposis.
