XMA007. Their structures were elucidated through detailed spectroscopic analysis, and the absolute configuration of 1 was determined by conformational analysis and TDDFT-ECD calculation. Their activity evaluation on PDE4 inhibition and breast cancer cell cytotoxicity were conducted, and compound 1 showed moderate inhibition on PDE4.
