%X This is a case of primary hyperparathyroidism in a female teenager with multiple fractures and severe bone manifestations. The histopathology revealed atypical parathyroid adenoma, an exceedingly rare form of hyperparathyroidism; its main differential diagnosis is parathyroid carcinoma, as it shares both clinical and histological characteristics with it, in addition to its still uncertain malignant potential.
