%X A small-molecule Fenton reagent, integrating ferrocene with a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor, was designed to intelligently regulate intracellular acidosis for self-augmented chemodynamic therapy. Acidosis coupled with up-regulated ROS levels demonstrated potent cytotoxicity and effective tumor suppression.
