%X We present the case of an 83-year-old woman with leg ulcers who was diagnosed with sarcoidosis. This case highlights the importance for clinicians to consider ulcerative sarcoidosis when encountering patients with leg ulcers along with hilar adenopathy, uveitis, elevated serum angiotensin-converting enzyme, and histopathological findings of epithelioid cell granulomas.
