Here, we present the case of a young female who had perinuclear antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (p-ANCA)-associated vasculitis and was diagnosed with aHUS. We consider underlying autoimmune p-ANCA-associated vasculitis as a trigger for aHUS in this case.
