%X An increase in hospital-onset Clostridioides difficile prompted an interprofessional team to implement enhanced environmental service cleaning practices and adopt a routine cleaning program undertaken by clinical staff. These interventions resulted in a reduction of hospital-onset Clostridioides difficile from 7.27 cases per 10,000 patient days to 1.54 cases per 10,000 patient days.
