Accidental migration of catheter during bowel irrigation through stoma can take place if it is not secured externally to the skin. We present 2 such cases with intra-colonic migration of Foley catheter that occurred during bowel irrigation and were retrieved endoscopically. To our knowledge, this is the first case report of endoscopic removal of Foley catheter that migrated internally through the stoma.
