%X Five cases of tuberculous osteomyelitis of the fronto-zygomatic (F-Z) region presented with a non-healing ulcer or discharging sinus in the eyelid skin in healthy children and an adult. Lack of awareness about peri-ocular manifestations of extra-pulmonary tuberculosis and delayed referral to specialists, along with poor compliance to long-term ATT, could be the reason for its underreporting in India.
