It is important to recognize and understand the triggers, symptoms, and implications of this condition. In this report, we present a case of a young patient who experienced symptoms of palpitation, presyncope, and syncope during exertion. We also review the pathophysiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, and management of exercise-induced ventricular arrhythmia. This information is particularly important in the context of sports medicine and cardiovascular health.
