Commonly, patients are asymptomatic and rarely need surgical treatment. Herein, we present a case of bilateral symptomatic talonavicular coalition in a seven-year-old boy who underwent surgery with full relief of symptoms. We also review the literature and discuss this pathological condition in detail.
