%X Ischemic stroke caused by acute large vessel occlusion is associated with high rates of disability and mortality. Endovascular interventional therapy is evidently an effective treatment for occlusion of large cerebral vessels within the relevant time window, but there is no established methodological standard for recanalization interventional therapy. The Professional Committee of Interventional Neurology in Chinese Research Hospital Association organized cerebrovascular disease experts in China and developed the expert consensus described herein, to provide a reference for clinicians to formulate technical strategies for recanalization of acute cerebral vascular occlusion.<BR>急性大动脉闭塞性卒中具有高病死率、高致残率的特点。血管内介入治疗已被证实是时间窗内脑部大动脉闭塞的有效治疗方案，但闭塞再通介入治疗的技术策略尚缺乏统一规范。为此，中国研究型医院学会介入神经病学专业委员会组织国内部分脑血管病专家就上述问题展开讨论，并达成共识，以期为临床医生在急性脑部大动脉闭塞再通介入治疗技术策略的制定中提供参考依据。.
