%X The ubiquitous presence of the elderly in care services raises questions about the evolution and limits of new techniques and technologies in the care relationship. We carried out a cross-sectional study in a geriatric ward, using parallel patient and carer questionnaires to assess how each felt about innovations, analyze their opportunities and evaluate their dangers in care provision.
