A 59-year-old man underwent lipoabdominoplasty and developed a large subcutaneous seroma that persisted for 7 months. Percutaneous sclerosis with talc was performed. We present the first report of chronic seroma after lipoabdominoplasty successfully treated with talc sclerosis.
