%X Abdominal wall reconstruction aims at restoring the anatomical, functional and aesthetic integrity of this region, while providing protection of abdominal viscera and prevent herniation. There are various techniques used for abdominal wall reconstruction. We present a difficult case of abdominal wall reconstruction performed with a pedicled antero-lateral thigh (ALT] flap with good postoperative results.
