%X Spontaneous hemoperitoneum in pregnancy (SHiP) is a rare but significant condition in pregnancy and is linked to high rates of morbidity and mortality. Endometriosis increases the risk of SHiP, particularly during the third trimester of pregnancy. We report a case of a 45-year-old woman in the third trimester of a pregnancy complicated by SHiP due to the rupture of a uterine artery by an endometriosis implant, which is a particularly rare cause.
