Endometriosis increases the risk of SHiP, particularly during the third trimester of pregnancy. We report a case of a 45-year-old woman in the third trimester of a pregnancy complicated by SHiP due to the rupture of a uterine artery by an endometriosis implant, which is a particularly rare cause.
