It occurs most commonly in adult male farmers and mainly affects the lungs. Oral paracoccidioidomycosis is the second most frequent chronic presentation. We report the case of an immunocompetent female patient whose oral mucosae was infected with paracoccidium and discuss oral paracoccidium.
