%X There are several clinical challenges in the survivor of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA), including ensuring that a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation has been performed and providing counseling on return to activity. We report a case of a highly conditioned athlete who presented following aborted SCA during exercise with a diagnosis of idiopathic ventricular fibrillation arrest.
