Abdominal computed tomography revealed massive splenomegaly and para-aortic lymphadenopathies. Bone marrow biopsy showed CD79a, CD20, and bcl-2-positive atypical lymphocytes, which led to the diagnosis of splenic marginal zone lymphoma.
