In ESMO, although there was an increase in female representation in a few CPGPs from 2010 to 2020, overall female representation remains low (<30%). By continuing to examine these trends, we can create awareness and work toward developing appropriate targeted interventions to improve gender disparities in the major organizations that create CPGs for cancer care.
