%X Osteopoikilosis (OPK) is one of the rare genetic musculoskeletal, non-inflammatory disorders that we should increase awareness toward. We report a case of a patient diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis with incidental imaging findings of lesions suggestive of osteopoikilosis.
