%X Epitheloide angiomyolipoma (EAML) is a very rare type of benign mesenchymal angiomyolipoma. In contrast to classical angiomylipoma, lymph node metastases, local recurrence and distant metastases occur in one third of patients with EAML. We report the case of a 49-year-old patient with a large recurrence of EAML of the left kidney. According to the literature, this is the first case of a malignant EAML with local recurrence in Germany.
