Here, we report a case of a BRAF-mutant and DNA mismatch-repair deficiency colorectal cancer patient with postoperative recurrence as well as abdominal cavity and pelvic metastasis, whose condition was relieved continuously after treatment with a new anti-PD-1 antibody, BGB-A317.
