%X 替比夫定是常用的治疗慢性乙型肝炎的核苷类药物，有效性和安全性已经得到证实。然而，在使用过程中，也有许多不良反应被报道，尤其是肌病及周围神经病变，最严重的不良反应是出现致命性的横纹肌溶解。此病例是肾功能正常的慢性乙型肝炎患者，替比夫定治疗后相关性水肿案例，尚罕见报道。.
