暂无%X Laryngocele is a rare benign lesion of the larynx caused by an abnormal dilatation of the laryngeal saccule. We report the case of a 78-year-old man presenting bilateral cervical painless soft mass. Bilateral external laryngocele diagnosis was confirmed by CT scan and the patient underwent a surgical resection.
