%X Granular cell tumors (GCT) are uncommon tumors. They mainly occur at the level of the skin and the subcutaneous tissues. Gastric tumor is rare. We here report a new case of gastric Abrikossoff tumor as well as a brief literature review. This study aims to examine the clinical, endoscopic and therapeutic features of this rare disease.
