Anamnesis revealed he was a heavy drinker and he was previously diagnosed with a pancreatic cancer, observed on the MRI. The clinical examination revealed ocular features that made the diagnosis difficult. Initially, it seemed to be a case of narrow angle glaucoma but further ocular examinations revealed macular thinning.
