In physical examination, abdomen was distended and tender with no bowel sounds. Abdominal computed tomographic imaging revealed pneumatosis intestinalis (PI) and hepatic portal venous gas (HPVG) in presence of severe atherosclerotic calcification of abdominal aorta.
