%X Laryngocele is a benign condition due to abnormal dilatation of the laryngeal saccule. Localized amyloidosis causing laryngocele is a rare entity with few reports in the literature. We present a young male patient with a large combined laryngocele secondary to laryngeal amyloidosis.
