%X The pathologic potential of gastric inlet patches is now being recognized. A recent adult study has shown the effectiveness of argon plasma coagulation in ablating the patch and the associated symptoms. There are no reports of ablation in children. We report a case series of successful argon plasma coagulation of gastric inlet patches and their symptoms in 5 children.
